Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within India only.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by emailing support@welldap.com.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges depend on your delivery location. Please check your order summary at checkout for the delivery charges that apply to your order.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address for reasons attributable to the customer (a wrong or incorrect shipping address, or the receiver being absent), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to WellDap at the customer's expense. That expense includes the shipping costs incurred, and this amount will be deducted from the order total to be refunded.

Upon Receipt of Your Order
Please carefully inspect the package and goods to make sure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you find the parcel damaged or incomplete, you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign "Damaged", and then contact us on the day of delivery.
Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on bank holidays; your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
